    Comfort Covenant Home Care may share aggregated or de-identified information as a part of an effort to longitudinally assess the benefits of its Products and Services. This information cannot reasonably be used to identify you. We may also share information about you as follows or as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy:

    • Vendors and Service Providers: We may share any information we receive with vendors and service providers. The types of service providers (processors) to whom we entrust Personal Information include service providers for (1) provision of IT and related services; (2) provision of information and services you have requested; (3) payment processing; (4) customer service activities; and (5) in connection with the provision of the Services. We have executed appropriate contracts with the service providers that prohibit them from using or sharing Personal Information except as necessary to perform the contracted services on our behalf or to comply with applicable legal requirements.

    • Consent: we may share your Personal Information with your consent or at your direction.
  5. CHILDREN’S INFORMATION

    Comfort Covenant Home Care’s Services are not directed to persons under the age of eighteen (18) and does not knowingly collect any information from persons under the age of thirteen (13) or from persons between the age of thirteen (13) and eighteen (18) without appropriate authorization. If you are a parent or guardian of an individual under the age of eighteen (18) and believe your child has disclosed personal information to Comfort Covenant Home Care without your authorization, please contact us at info@comfortcovenanthc.com. If we learn that we have collected any Personal Information from children under eighteen (18) without verifiable parental consent or proper authorization, we will promptly take steps to delete such information and terminate the child’s account.

  6. TESTIMONIALS, REVIEWS, AND CONTESTS

    Occasionally, Comfort Covenant Home Care may run sweepstakes and contests. We ask those who enter the sweepstakes or contests to provide contact information (e.g., an e-mail address). If you participate in a sweepstakes or contest, your contact information may be used to reach you about the sweepstakes or contest and for other promotional, marketing, and business purposes. In accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, as a participant, you will have the opportunity to opt out of any communications that are not related to awarding prizes.

    Comfort Covenant Home Care cannot guarantee that the information discussed in testimonials, reviews, during contests, and during sweepstakes will remain private as Comfort Covenant Home Care cannot control or predict the disclosure of your information by others outside of the Website. You should think carefully before sharing any Personal Information or any other information that you intend to keep private.

  7. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES, SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS, AND SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT KITS

We use Third-Party software development kits (“SDKs”), such as the Facebook SDK, as part of the functionality of our Services (e.g., to suggest friends from Facebook or other platforms for your addition to your app contact list). Third-Party SDKs may allow Third Parties including advertisers to collect your personal information to provide content that is more relevant to you. You may opt out of tracking by accessing the Third Party’s settings on your device and disabling the tracking function for that Third Party or by choosing not to enable such SDKs in the settings for our Services.

    These other domains, websites, and services are not controlled by us, and we do not endorse or make any representations about Third-Party websites or social media platforms. We encourage our Users to read the privacy policies of each and every website and application with which they interact. We do not endorse, screen, or approve and are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of such other websites or applications. Visiting or connecting to these other websites, services or applications is at your own risk.

    Our Services may contain private messaging features, links, and interactive features with various social media platforms (e.g., widgets to suggest friends from Facebook or other platforms to add to your contacts). If you already use these platforms, their cookies may be set on your device when using our Services. You should be aware that Personal Information that you voluntarily include and transmit online in a chat room, social media platform, or otherwise online or that you share in an open forum may be viewed and used by others without any restrictions.     • Safeguards Provided

      We implement and maintain organizational, technical, and administrative security measures designed to safeguard the information we process within our organization against unauthorized access, destruction, loss, alteration, or misuse. These measures are aimed at providing ongoing integrity and confidentiality for your personal information. We evaluate and update these measures on an ongoing basis. Your information is only accessible to personnel who need access to the information to perform their duties. However, while we take precautions to safeguard your information, we cannot guarantee the security of the networks, systems, servers, devices, and databases we operate or that are operated on our behalf.

      We retain your personal information for as long as we have a relationship with you, subject to applicable law and regulation.     • Pixel Tags/Web Beacons: A pixel tag (also known as a web beacon, web bug, or clear GIF) is a tiny graphic with a unique identifier that may be included in our Services for several purposes, including delivering or communicating with Cookies, to track and measure the performance of our Services, to monitor how many visitors view our Services, and to monitor the effectiveness of our advertising. Unlike Cookies, which are stored on the User’s hard drive, pixel tags are typically embedded invisibly on web pages (or in an email).

We receive Log Data when you interact with our Services, for example, when you visit our websites, sign into our Services, participate in a video chat session, or interact with our email or push notifications. Comfort Covenant Home Care uses Log Data to provide our Services and to measure, customize, and improve them. For instance, Comfort Covenant Home Care may provide you with recommendations based on your use of the Services. Location Information. In addition, if you choose to enable your computer or mobile device to send location information we may collect and store information about your location by converting your IP address into a rough geolocation or by accessing your computer’s or mobile device’s GPS coordinates or course location.       You may update, correct, or delete information about you at any time by logging into your online account or emailing us at info@comfortcovenathc.com. If you wish to delete or deactivate your account you may do so via your account; however, please note that we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. We may also retain cached or archived copies of information about you for a certain period of time.

    • Opt-Out

      You may opt out of having information used for purposes not directly related to Services by emailing a clear notice to info@comfortcovenathc.com. By using the Website or Services, you affirmatively consent to receive Comfort Covenant Home Care and its affiliates’ promotional and marketing material. Should you opt out of having information used for purposes directly related to Services, it may prevent you from receiving Services.

    • Notice Concerning Do Not Track

      Do Not Track (“DNT”) is a privacy preference that users can set in certain web browsers. We are committed to providing you with meaningful choices about the information collected on our website for third-party purposes, and that is why we provide the opt-out mechanisms listed above. However, we do not currently recognize or respond to browser-initiated DNT signals.

Comfort Covenant Home Care does not sell your personal information within the normal meaning of the word, but we do use cookies, pixels, and similar technology to improve your user experience. Under the CCPA’s broad definition of “sell”, this could be considered a sale. If you wish to opt out of this activity, you may do so by following the “Do Not Sell” instructions below. ‍We do not sell the personal information of minors who are under thirteen (13) years old or who are at least thirteen (13) years old and less than sixteen (16) years old. Data will not be shared with any third parties for their marketing purposes.

If you opt out of the sale of your personal information, we will wait at least twelve (12) months before asking you if we may sell your personal information. You have the right to opt-in to the sale of your personal information after you have opted out. If you would like to opt-in to the sale of your personal information, you can email us at info@comfortcovenathc.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights under the CCPA.

Before we approve your request(s), we may ask you to verify certain Personal Information that we have on file. If you are a California resident under the age of eighteen (18) and are a user of the Website, then you may request that we remove the information you posted. Please be aware that applicable state or federal law may prevent Comfort Covenant Home Care from deleting certain categories of information such as health information. Do Not Track

Certain web and mobile browsers allow you to send a signal to inform websites that you do not want your online activities tracked. At this time, we do not currently respond to “Do Not Track” signals or similar mechanisms.

You may opt out of having your information shared. Please note that if you opt-out, Comfort Covenant Home Care will attempt to block further sharing of these identifiers with the third parties we engage by placing a cookie on your browser to automatically prevent the sharing from happening when you visit our website. You will need to submit a separate opt-out of sale request on each device and browser you use to visit our website. After you submit an opt-out of sale request, you may still see advertising regarding our products and services.
